All nannies and childcare staff will be directly employed by Watershed Care Services Ireland. We are not a nanny placement agency. This ensures consistency, accountability, and appropriate insurance cover for families.

Yes. Before any carer joins our team and is matched to a family, they will complete Garda vetting through the National Vetting Bureau, reference checks, and full onboarding (including paediatric first-aid, Children First safeguarding and induction into our policies).

Yes. We offer occasional, evening, and weekend childcare for families who need flexible or short-term support, subject to availability.

Right now our primary focus is Dublin and commuter counties (Kildare, Wicklow, Meath). Requests outside these areas will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
